| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颌骨骨肉瘤的影像学特征,提高对该病的诊断与鉴别诊断能力。材料与方法:回顾性分析14例经手术与病理证实的原发颌骨骨肉瘤的X线平片、CT表现。结果:颌骨骨肉瘤影像学表现包括骨质破坏、骨膜反应、软组织肿块,部分病例可见肿瘤骨和肿瘤钙化。X线平片诊断最佳,CT检查有助于鉴别诊断。结论:颌骨骨肉瘤影像结合临床综合分析定性不难。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the imaging features of osteosarcoma of the jaw, to improve the diagnosis and differentiation of the disease. Materials and Methods: X-ray and CT finding in 14 patients with pathologically proved primary osteosarcoma of the jaw were retrospectively analyzed. Result: The imaging features of osteosarcoma of the jaw include osseous destruction periosteal proliferation, soft tissue mass, some cases can see tumor bone and tumor calcification. X-ray diagnosis is the best method, CT is useful in differential diagnosis. Conclusion: The imaging diagnosis of osteosarcoma of the jaw combines with clinical symptoms can improve the accuracy of diagnosis. |
