摘    要:目的 优选金花茶种子中总多酚的提取工艺.方法 采用丙酮-水法从金花茶种子中提取总多酚,利用正交实验优选总多酚最佳提取工艺,考察丙酮浓度、时间、温度、提取次数及料液比对总多酚收率的影响.结果 总多酚的最佳提取工艺为:25倍量的50%丙酮-水,80℃,提取3次,4 h/次,总多酚含量为9.59%,总多酚的收率为1.71%.结论 丙酮-水提取法可用于金花茶种子中总多酚的提取,其中提取溶剂倍量和提取温度对总多酚提取的影响较大.
