护理管理者领导力问卷结构效度验证性因子分析

目的对护理管理者领导力问卷进行验证性因素分析。方法采用方便抽样抽取184名二级乙等以上医院护士长进行问卷调查，运用SPSS13．0和AMOS17．0进行统计分析。结果护理管理者领导力问卷Cronbach’sα系数为0．841，各条目与问卷总分的相关系数值为0．431—0．687（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。单因子结构效度分析结果显示，全部29个条目在其对应维度上的载荷值为0．5420．782（P〈0．05）。多因子分析结果显示护理管理者领导力一阶、二阶模型均在可接受范围内，适配良好。结论护理管理者领导力问卷被验证具有较好的测量学特征，可作为评估护理管理者领导力水平的测评工具。

Confirmatory factor analysis of leadership questionnaire for nursing managers

Objective To analyze the structure of leadership questionnaire for nursing managers. Meth- ods A total of 184 head nurses in Anhui were investigated with the leadership questionnaire for nursing managers. SPSS13.0 and AMOS17.0 software were used to test the reliability and validity. Results The correlations between the items and total scale ranged from 0.431-0.687 （P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01 ） and the Cronbach＇ s α was 0.841. Single fac- tor analysis results indicated that all factor loadings to their items were 0.542-0.782 （P〈0.05）.The muhiple factor a- nalysis results showed that first-order factors model and second-order factors model of leadership for nursing manag- ers fitted well. Conclusion The leadership questionnaire for nursing managers is proved to have good psychomet- ric characteristics and can be used to assess the leadership of nursing managers.
