电视胸腔镜下三切口食管癌根治术手术及护理

目的探讨电视胸腔镜下三切口食管癌根治术的疗效及护理配合。方法收集2012年6月至2014年4月间收治的、行电视胸腔镜下三切口食管癌根治术治疗的食管癌患者52例,回顾分析其手术护理配合方法与临床疗效。结果 52例患者均手术成功,无死亡病例,手术时间为(3.41±0.22)h,术中出血量为(75.5±6.2)ml,住院时间为(6.1±0.5)d,并发症发生率为3.8%,患者的护理满意度为94.2%。结论电视胸腔镜下三切口食管癌根治术疗效显著、安全可靠,在严密护理观察下可获得良好临床预后,值得推广应用。

Video-assisted thoracoscopic resection three cut esophageal carcinomaoperation and nursing

Objective To investigate the video-assisted thoracoscopic three cut esophageal cancer radical surgery curative effect and nursing cooperation. Methods From June 2012 to April 2014, Central Hospital of Suining underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic three cut esophageal carcinoma radical operation in the treatment of patients with esophageal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed in 52 cases, the opera- tion method and clinical effect of nursing. Results Total of the 52 patients had successful operation, no death case, the operation time was （3. 41 ±0.22） h, the amount of intraoperative bleeding was （75.5 ± 6. 2） ml, length of hospital stay was （6. 1 ± O. 5 ） d, the incidence of complications was 3.8%, nursing satisfaction of patients was 94. 2%. Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscopic three incision esophagectomy has obvious curative effect, safety and reliability, obtain good clinical outcomes inclose nursing observation, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
