不孕不育患者支原体感染状况及药敏分析

摘    要:目的:总结分析门诊中不孕不育患者支原体感染及对12种抗生素药物的敏感性情况,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法:对来本中心1615例不孕不育患者进行泌尿生殖道分泌物支原体培养及抗生素药敏试验。计算患者解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)阳性率,并进行统计学分析。结果:不孕不育患者中女性患者Uu感染高于Mh和混合感染,男性患者Mh感染高于Uu和混合感染,且女性患者Uu感染和Mh感染均高于男性患者。而不同年龄支原体阳性患者的支原体感染类型无统计学差异。药敏结果显示,Uu对环酯红霉素(94.51%)、强力霉素(93.41%)、交沙霉素(96.70%)、美满霉素(91.21%)高度敏感;Mh对甲砜霉素(86.36%)的敏感性最强;Uu和Mh合并感染对强力霉素(81.82%)敏感性最强。结论:本研究组中不同性别患者支原体感染状况不同,而不同年龄患者支原体感染状况无明显差异,治疗时建议根据药敏试验结果合理用药。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the prevalence of mycoplasma infection in infertile patients and its sensitivity to twelve antibiotics to provide a reference for the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: Urogenital secretions of 1615 infertile patients were taken for mycoplasma culture and antibiotics sensitivity test in the center. The positive rates of ureaphasma urealyticum (Uu) and mycoplasma hominis (Mh) were calculated, and Chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results: Among female patients the prevalence rate of Uu infection was higher than that of Mh infection or Uu and Mh co-infection. Among male patients the prevalence rate of Mh infection was higher than that of Uu infection or Uu and Mh co-infection . The types of mycoplasma infection were similar among infertile patients with different age groups. Drug sensitivity test results showed that Uu infection was highly sensitive to erythromycin ring ester (94.51%), doxycycline (93.41%), josamycin (96.70%), minocycline (91.21%); Mh infection sensitive to thiamphenicol was up to 86.36%; and Uu and Mh co-infection sensitive to doxycycline was up to 81.82%. Conclusion.. There are different prevalence rates between male and female patients, while there are no significant difference among patients with different ages. It is advised to prescribe medicine based on drug sensitivity results of patients.
