Survivin基因和半胱氨酸酶蛋白激活剂在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义

目的观察Survivin基因和半胱氨酸酶蛋白激活剂(Smac)在结肠癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法利用免疫组织化学方法分别检测60例结肠癌组织、46例癌旁组织和40例正常结肠黏膜组织中Survivin基因和Smac蛋白的表达情况。结果结肠癌组织中Survivin的阳性率均高于癌旁组织和正常结肠黏膜组织(均P<0.05),Smac阳性率均低于癌旁组织和正常结肠黏膜组织(均P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中,Survivin表达与组织学分型无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤细胞分化程度低、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期中C和D期均有关(均P<0.05)。Smac表达与组织学分型无关(P>0.05),肿瘤细胞分化程度低、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期中C和D期均有关(均P<0.05)。结论Survivin和Smac在结肠癌的发生和侵袭转移过程中有着重大作用。

The expression and clinical significance of survivin and smac in colon carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of survivin and smac in colon carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of survivin and smac in 60 cases with colon carcinoma, 46 cases with tumor-adjacent tissues and 40 cases with normal tissues. Results The expression of Survivin became higher and the expression of Smac became lower in colon carcinoma compared with normal tissues and tumor-adjacent tissues. Positive rates of Survivn and Smac were closely relevant to the histology grade, lymph nodes metastasis and Dukes＇ stages. Conclusion The present study demonstrates that the Survivn and Smac expression participate in the development, invasion and metastasis process of colon carcinoma.
