甲羟孕酮应用于肺癌化疗的不良反应和生活质量评价

目的观察甲羟孕酮应用于肺癌化疗的不良反应,并评价患者的生活质量。方法选取2012年1月至2013年6月间收治的68例肺癌患者,分为试验组和对照组,每组34例。试验组患者在联合化疗基础上给予甲羟孕酮治疗,对照组患者只给予联合化疗治疗,比较两组患者的不良反应和生活质量。结果两组患者的不良反应和生活质量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲羟孕酮能有效降低肺癌患者化疗后出现的腹泻、肝肾功能损害等不良反应,显著提高患者的进食量,增加患者的体重,值得临床进一步推广。

Adverse reactions and life quality evaluation of medroxyprogesterone in lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy

Objective To observe the adverse reactions and life quality of medroxyprogesterone in lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy. Methods A total of 68 patients with lung cancer were collected and divided into observation group （34 cases） and control group （34 cases ） from January 2012 to June 2013. The observation group were treated with medroxyprogesterone on the basis of combination chemotherapy, while the control group were only treated with chemotherapy. The adverse reactions and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results Both the adverse reactions and life quality were significantly different between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Medroxyprogesterone can not only effectively reduce incidence of diarrhea, liver or kidney damage and other adverse reactions after chemotherapy, but it also can significantly improve patient intake and body weight. It is worthy of further promotion.
