消癌平注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

目的探讨消癌平注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效及安全性。方法病理确诊的肺癌恶性胸腔积液40例,随机分为观察组(21例)和对照组(19例)。观察组患者在胸腔置管引流胸水后,采用消癌平注射液40ml+2%利多卡因联合顺铂60mg胸腔注射治疗。对照组患者单用顺铂80mg胸腔注射治疗。观察治疗前后患者胸水性状和量的变化及药物不良反应。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.2%,对照组患者总有效率为57.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消癌平注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效优于单用顺铂胸腔注射的疗效,且呕吐反应低。

Clinical observation of xiaoaiping injection combined with cisplatinum for malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of xiaoaiping injection combined with cisplatinum for malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer. Methods 40 patients with malignant pleural effusion caused by lung cancer were enrolled and treated with pleural drainage. Subsquently, 21 cases were divided into A group receiving cisplatinum （60mg） combined with xiaoaiping injection （40ml） by intrathoracic injection, and 19 cases B group treated with cisplatunum（80mg） only. Change of hydrothorax before and after treatment and the side effects of the drugs were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.2% compared with 57. 9% of the control group. Conclusion Xiaoaiping injection combined with eisplatinum are more effective than eislatinum only for malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer with less vomiting reaction.
