急性肢体动脉栓塞26例诊断与治疗

目的 探讨急性肢体动脉栓塞的诊断、治疗与预后。方法回顾性分析2002年5月至2005年7月大连大学附属中山医院血管外科收治的26例急性肢体动脉栓塞病人的病例资料，26例均急诊行动脉切开Fogarty导管取栓并配合药物治疗。结果无死亡病例，26条肢体均获保存，术后肢体变暖，24例病人肢体远端动脉搏动恢复。2例肢体远端动脉搏动未恢复。结论早期诊断、及时动脉切开Fogarty导管取栓，是保存缺血肢体的关键因素。

Diagnosis and treatment of acute arterial embolism of extremities: a report of 26 cases

Objective To study the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of acute arterial embolism of extremities. Methods The data of 26 patients with acute arterial embolism of extremities admitted in Zhong Shan Hospital of Dalian University between May 2002 and July 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Twenty-six cases were treated by arteriotomy of femoral or brachial artery and emboleetomy with Fogarty catheter,together with pharmacotherapy. Results There was no mortality in the group. Twenty-six embolized limbs were saved and warmed up postoperatively. The pulsation of distal arteries was recovered in twenty-four cases after successful emboleetomy. But two cases were not recovered. Conclusion Early diagnosis,timely arteriotomy and embolectomy with Fogarty catheter is a key for saving ischemia limbs.
