氢氯噻嗪片的体外溶出度考察

本文采用转篮法配以紫外分光光度法进行了三个厂家六个批号氢氯噻嗪片的体外溶出度的测定,经数据处理求出六个批号的T_(50)、T_d、m等三个参数,经方差分析,六批氢氯噻嗪片的差异高度显著(P<0.01),说明它们体外释放度不一样,因此造成临床疗效不一致,提示进行溶出度测定,作为质量控制标准是很必要的.

A Survey on the Dissolution of Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets

With the method of rotating baskets coordinated with the UV Spectrophotometry method, this paper determines the dissolution of six kinds of hydrochloriazide tablets made by three different factories. After prosessing the data of T50, Td and m of the six kinds of tablets, we get three parameters. After variance analysis, we find great difference in them, which indicates that their dissolutions are different, thus the clinical effects differ. Therefore, we think, as quality control, it's essential to determine the dissolution of the tablets before manufacturing them in large quantity.
