| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿先天性肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻所致肾积水行离断式肾盂成形术的护理经验。方法：分析我科收治的104例先天性肾积水行离断式肾盂成形术的护理记录。结果：104例肾积水患儿术后均痊愈出院，未发生输尿管稃梗阻。结论：术前加强心理护理，完善术前检查；术后严密观察病情，加强引流管护理，防止上尿路感染及详尽的出院指导是患儿康复的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into nursing experience of pyeloplasty for ureteropelvic junction obstruction of congenital hydronephrosis. Methods: Nursing records of perioperative for 104 patients with Congenital hydronephrosis in our department were analyzed. Results: During discharge,104 patients were recovery after operation, none of them appeared re-obstruction of ureter. Conclusion: It's important for efficient recovery of patients to enhance preoperative psychological nursing, complete sufficient preoperative examination carefully, observe postoperative conditions exactly, emphasize nursing of drain pipe, prevent infection of upper urinary tract and educate detailedly in discharge. |
