五虎口服液的药效研究

摘    要:目的 观察五虎口服液的止痛抗炎作用及对血瘀动物模型血液流变学的影响。方法 在小鼠热板和扭体反应模型上,观察用药后舔足潜伏期和扭体数改变;用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清致大鼠用足跖肿胀法观察其抗炎作,采用LG-R80全自动血液粘度测试仪测定血瘀大鼠模型全血、血浆的粘度变化。结果 五虎口服液(6.5、13 g/kg(b.w.)和五虎散(6 g/kg (b.w.)均能减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数并延长小鼠舔足潜伏期;明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清致大鼠足肿胀效应。以上止痛、抗炎作用在服用五虎口服液0.5 h后即可出现,但五虎散在服用1 h后才能观察到。五虎口服液和五虎散均能降低血瘀大鼠的全血粘度及红细胞压积(HCT)。结论 无论口服液还是散剂均有明显的止痛、抗炎作用,并能降低血瘀大鼠的全血粘度及HCT,但新剂型较老剂型在止痛抗炎方面起效快。

Abstract:Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammation effect of WuhuKoufuye(WFKFY) and Wuhusan (WHS) on the hemorheology in animals with blood stasis. Methods In the hotplate and writhing tests in mice, the changes in the latency of paw-licking response and the writhing numbers were observed after administration of the drugs. The anti-inflammatory effect of WHKFY was observed on the xylene-induced ear-swelling response of the mice and the egg albumin-induced rat hind paw edema. The changes of blood viscosity in the blood stasis rat-model were measured with Viscometer-R80. Result 6.5 or 13 g/ kg(b.w.WHKFY and 6 g/kg(b.w. significantly prolonged the latency of paw-licking response and reduced writhing number. WHKFY and WHS markedly inhibited the xylene-induced local ear swelling of the mice and the egg albumin-induced hind paw edema of the rats. These analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects appeared 0.5 and 1 h respectively after WHKFY and WHS administration. WHKFY and WHS could lower the viscosity of the whole blood and hematocrit in the blood stasis rat model. Conclusion Both WHKFY and WHS have significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory action and can lower blood viscosity and hematocrit, but WHKFY takes effect sooner than WHS in view of the analgesic and anti-inflammatory action.
