| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定莫达非尼分散片溶出度的高效液相色谱方法。方法:以盐酸溶液(9→1000)为溶出介质,转速为100r.min-1,取样时间为45min,采用桨法测定莫达非尼分散片的溶出度。结果:莫达非尼检测浓度的线性范围为0.025～0.25mg.mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.23%(RSD=0.88%);3批样品45min平均溶出度均在90%以上。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC method for the determination of the dissolution of modafinil dispersible tablets.METHODS:Hydrochloric acid solution(9→ 1 000)was taken as solvent with the rotating speed at 100r· min-1,and the sampling time was 45min.The dissolution of modafinil dispersible tablets was determined by oar method.RESULTS:The linear range of modafinil was 0.025～ 0.25mg· min-1(r=0.999 9),with average recovery rate at 100.23%(RSD=0.88%).The mean cumulative dissolutions of three batches of modafinil dispersible tablets were above 90%.CONCLUSION:The established method is simple,accurate and reliable. |
