血栓调节蛋白、凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物和D-二聚体在弥散性血管内凝血诊断中的应用

目的探讨DIC分子标志物血栓调节蛋白（TM）、凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物（TAT）和D-二聚体（D-D）在DIC诊断和病情判断中的作用。方法收集30例正常对照和67例DIC患者样本，并将患者样本根据DIC病程分为早期、中期和晚期，定量ELISA方法检测DIC分子标志物TM、TAT和D-D在血浆中的含量。结果在早、中、晚期DIC患者血浆中，TM、TAT和D-D检泐结果均较正常对照组显著升高（P〈0．01），TM和D—D在DIC发展过程中逐步升高（P〈0．01），而TAT含量在DIC发展过程中无显著变化。结论应用不同的DIC分子标志物定量检测，不但有助于早期诊断，并且可以用于判断DIC的发展情况。

The measurement of thrombomodumin,thrombin-antithrombin and D-dimer in plasma from patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation and its diagnostic significance

Objective To analyse the relationship between the diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) and the level of Thrombomodumin(TM),thrombin-antithrombin(TAT) and D-dimer in plasma from 67 patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC).Methods The levels of TM,TAT and D-dimer were measured by a two antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and a latex aggregation assay.Results The levels of TM,TAT and D-dimer in plasma of patients with DIC were higher than those in control group(P<0.01);The level of TM and D-dimer were gradually ascended with DIC developing(P<0.01),while the level of TAT did not show the same changes.Conclusion The measurement of different marker of DIC not only helps to diagnose early stage of DIC,but also has the indication to judge the clinical stage of DIC.
