中医药促进中枢神经再生的研究进展

大量的研究发现,某些单味中药或其有效成分及中药复方具有改善中枢神经轴突损伤后神经营养因子类物质(neurotrophin factors,NTFs)缺乏的微环境,促进神经再生相关蛋白的表达,从而促进神经干细胞(neural stem cell,NSC)分化成神经元,有助于神经轴突的再生。但目前中医药对中枢神经再生的研究领域较局限,主要集中在脑缺血缺氧导致的神经损伤方面,而且对中医药的作用机制研究不够深入和系统,今后应深入开展中医药促进中枢神经再生的机制研究,为其临床应用提供客观依据。

Experimental Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine for Improving Central Neural Regeneration

A large number of studies have found that some single Chinese herb effective components of traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese herbal compound can improve the micro-environment of axonal injury with lack of neurotrophin factors(NTFs), enhance the expression of regeneration-related protein, promote neural stem cells (NSC) to differentiate into neurons, which contributes to the regeneration of axons. However, currently the researches on traditional Chinese medicine for improving central neural regeneration focus mainly on neurological damage induced by cerebral hypoxia-ischemia, and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on central neural regeneration is not extensively studied yet. So, the mechanisms concerning traditional Chinese medicine on central neural regeneration should be studied systematically in the future, to provide an objective basis for its clinical application.
