| 摘 要： | 目的了解某医院护士对《护士条例》的认知程度。方法对于60名不同年资的护士进行《护士条例》相关内容的问卷调查。结果所调查护士对《护士条例》理解与掌握的情况不理想，其主要原因有：多数护士尚未接受较系统的培训，《护士条例》中有些条款难于掌握、操作性不强等。结论应加强对《护士条例》的深入学习，并在临床实际工作中采取贯彻与落实的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the knowledge about the rules of nurses among nurses. Method Sixty nurses with different work experience were investigated with a self- designed questionnaire. Results The recognitim status of the rules of nurses among nurses was not ideal. The main reasons were that the majority of nurses didn＇ t accept systematic training and the rules of nurses was difficult to understand and master. Conclusion It is urgent to enhance the in - depth study of the rules of nurses, and take concrete measures to implement it in the practical work. |
