抚州市乡镇防保机构工作绩效影响因素研究

目的]研究乡镇防保工作绩效影响因素,探讨改善乡镇防保工作绩效的途径,为有关部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法]采用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法收集资料,采用SPSS13.0、Eviews5.0软件,应用PanelData模型进行多元回归分析。结果]经济因素、机构运行模式因素、社会结构因素、地理环境因素均对乡镇防保工作绩效产生重要影响（P值分别为0.0000、0.0014、0.0006、0.0000）。其中经济因素、机构运行模式因素为正效应,社会结构因素、地理环境因素为负效应。结论]改革乡镇防保机构运行模式,建立独立或相对独立的防保站,有利于加强卫生筹资和人力资源建设,能够明显提高乡镇防保工作绩效。

STUDY ON THE INFLUENTIAL FACTORS FOR WORK PERFORMANCE OF TOWNSHIP PREVENTIVE CARE ORGANIZATION IN FUZOU

Objective]To study the influential factors for work performance of township preventive care organization,to explore the effective path of improving work performance of township preventive care organization,so as to provide evidence for the relevant departments to draw up the related policy.Methods]The methods of questionnaire investigation and expert interview were used to collect the data. Multiple regression through the model of Panel Data was carried out by using SPSS13.0 software and Eviews 5.0 software.Results] The following factors had great influences on the work performance of township preventive care organization,including economic factor,organizational operation mode factor,social structure factor and geographical environment factor(P=0.0000,P=0.0014,P=0.0006,P=0.0000 respectively). Among them,economic factor and organizational operation mode factor had positive effects,while social structure factor and geographical environment factor had negative effects.Conclusion]Practicing operation mode reform of township preventive care organization and building up completely independent or relatively independent health organization are beneficial for strengthening the hygiene funds raising and the human resources construction,and improving the work performance of township preventive care organization obviously.
