反相高效液相色谱法测定利巴韦林注射液的有关物质

摘    要:目的建立测定利巴韦林注射液有关物质的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,10μm),以水为流动相,检测波长为207nm。结果利巴韦林及其有关物质达到基线分离,方法的最低检测量为2.5ng。结论方法简便、快速、准确,适用于利巴韦林及其制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a RP- HPLC method for the determination of relevant substances in Ribavirin Injection. Methods The RP- HPLC method was used. Chromatographic condition included the Hypersil C18 column with the mobile phase of water. The UV detection wavelength was set at 207 nm. Results The peak of ribavirin and its related substances were separated completely. LOD was 2.5 ng. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used to control the quality of ribavirin and its preparations.
