| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨吡啶季铵盐表面活性剂的杀菌性能。方法：采用定量法（GB15981—2005），无菌培养细菌。结果：经过测试，吡啶季铵盐表面活性剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和白色念珠菌有显著杀灭能力。结论：吡啶季铵盐表面活性剂杀菌能力均大于传统的表面活性剂“1227”，尤其溴化十二烷基乙基吡啶对白色念珠菌的杀菌率可达到98．8％，最小抑茵浓度和最小杀菌浓度所需药物浓度比较低，分别为40mg／L、50mg／L。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the Bactericidal ability of Pyrldinequatermary ammonium salt surfactants.Methods: Suspension quantitative method(GBl5981-2005).Results:The results indicate that they have bactericidal ability at some certain extent.Conclusion: bactericidal ability of Ps was stronger than 1227,being up to 98.8% to blastomyces albicans.Minimal inhibitory concentration and minimal bactericial concentration is lower,being 40 mg/L,50 mg/L respectively. |
