| 摘 要： | 目的观察右美托咪定对于机械通气患者镇静的疗效。方法将2012年ICU住院机械通气患者60例按随机、对照原则分为右美托咪定组(D)和丙泊酚组(P),分别记录两组患者用药前后Ramsay镇静评分、心率情况及用药前后血压的控制情况,对数据进行统计学分析。结果两组患者不同时间段Ramsay镇静评分、心率以及用药前后血压控制的差异具有统计学意义。结论右美托咪定的镇静效果好于丙泊酚,且血流动力学稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of dexmedetomidine for sedation in mechanically ventilated patients. Methods The 2012 ICU hospitalization of 60 patients with mechanical ventilation were randomLy divided into the control principle, dexmedetomidine group （D） and propofol group （P）, were recorded before and after the control Ramsay sedation score, heart rate and blood pressure before and after treatment in the two groups, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The two groups of patients with different time Ramsay sedation score, heart rate and blood pressure medication and control the difference has statistics significance. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine sedation effect is better than propofol, and hemodynamic stability. |
