超声技术在早产儿PICC置管中的应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨超声技术在引导经外周静脉置入中心静脉中的作用。方法将338例需行PICC的患者分为盲穿组、超声组,分别行盲穿、超声引导引导下置管,对置管一次成功率、成功置管时间、静脉炎发生率等进行比较。结果①超声技术能够在置PICC管的穿刺静脉的选择、穿刺过程中的引导、置管完成后管端位置的判断均有很好的作用。②超声组在成功置管时间,置管成功率均优于盲穿组(P<0.05),术后的静脉炎与盲穿组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论超声技术应用于早产儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉,可以减少置管时间,提高置管成功率,减少静脉炎发生率,取代传统X线定位。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the ultrasound guided via peripheral vein in the role of central venous. Methods the patients of 338 cases of PICC line needs to be divided into blind wear group, ultrasound group, respectively, blind wear, guided by ultrasound guided by catheter, a success rate of catheter, successful catheter time, incidence of phlebitis, etc. Results 1, ultrasonic technology can on the choice of PICC buy tube piercing veins, in the process of piercing guide, after the completion of the catheter tube position judgment has the very good effect. 2, ultrasonic group in successful catheter time, catheter success rate were better than blind wear group (P 〈 0.05), postoperative phlebitis and blind wear group no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion ultrasound applied in premature infants by central venous and peripheral vein put can reduce catheter time, improve the success rate of catheter, reduce the incidence of phlebitis, replace traditional X-ray positioning.
