经乳晕入路腔镜与开放甲状腺切除术治疗良性甲状腺病变的对比探讨

目的探讨经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术与开放甲状腺切除术治疗良性甲状腺病变的临床手术效果。方法选取80例行甲状腺手术患者,随机分为观察组40例,对照组40例。观察组行经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术,对照组行开放甲状腺切除术,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 80例甲状腺切除术均获得成功,观察组术中出血量、住院时间分别为(23±3.2)mL、(4.8±0.6)d,明显少于对照组;观察组手术效果满意度为100%,明显高于对照组57.5%,术中出血量、住院时间、满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后均未出现并发症。结论与开放甲状腺切除术相比,腔镜甲状腺切除术具有切口小、出血少、术后恢复快及美容满意度高等优点,是一种安全可行的微创手术方法,值得临床推广应用。

Discussion on the Treatment of Benign Thyroid Lesions Compared Areola Approach Endoscopic and Open Thyroidectomy

Objective To investigate the areola approach endoscopic thyroidectomy and open thyroidectomy clinical effect of surgery for the treatment of benign thyroid lesions. Methods 80 patients underwent thyroid surgery were randomly divided into observation group of 40 patients in the control group of 40 patients. The observation group was passing through the areola approach endoscopic thyroidectomy, the control group underwent open thyroidectomy, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 80 cases of thyroid resection were to be successful, the observation group, blood loss, hospital stay was （23±3.2）mL, （4.8±0.6）d, significantly less than the control group; observation group were satisfied 100 %, significantly higher than 57.5%, blood loss, hospital stay, satisfaction, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Postoperative complications were not there. Conclusion Open thyroid resection compared to endoscopic thyroidectomy with a small incision, less bleeding, postoperative recovery was fast and beauty satisfaction is high and the advantages of minimally invasive surgery is a safe and feasible, worthy of clinical application.
