133例车祸致颅脑外伤的临床分析

目的分析车祸所致颅脑外伤类型及临床治疗方法。方法选择自2009年1月至2011年1月于我院脑外科就诊的车祸致颅脑损伤患者133例,对该组患者治疗过程及疗效进行分析。结果该组患者完全恢复25例,恢复良好27例,中度残疾17例,重度残疾17例,植物状态10例,死亡37例。结论车祸所致颅脑损伤治疗重点在于准确定位诊断和早期积极治疗。早期积极抢救确保患者生命,入院后明确受伤机制,尽早手术缓解颅内水肿及高压状态,术后控制感染,减少神经损伤能够提高患者治愈率及预后水平。

The Clinical Analysis of 133 Cases of Craniocerebral Trauma Caused by Tramc Accident

Obejetive To analyze the types of craniocerebral trauma and clinical treatment methods. Methods Analyzed the clinical data of 133 patients from Jan. 2009 to Jan. 2011 suffered cranioeerebral trauma by traffic accidents. Results There were 25 cases recured, 27 cases recovered well, 17 cases moderate disability, 17 cases severe disablility, 10 cases in vegetative state, and 37 cases dead. Conclusion The key of treating craniocerebral trauma caused by traffic accident is diagnosis diposition exact and treating timely. Rescue in time to ensure patients life, cleaI mechanism of injury, alleviate edema and early operation of intracranial pressure, control of infection and reduce nerve damage can improve cure rate and level of prognosis.
