肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年伴骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的疗效观察

目的此次临床研究,主要观察和探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板对治疗老年伴骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的临床治疗效果。方法此次临床研究主要以我院在2009年6月份至2012年1月份收治的21例老年伴骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的患者为研究对象,所有患者中有13例为女性患者,8例为男性患者,患者的年龄范围为60岁到82岁,平均年龄为68.7岁,使用DEXA进行诊断,均确诊为骨质疏松症患者,并根据Neer分类法,将所有患者进行分类,其中二部分骨折患者有5例,三部分骨折患者有13例,四部分骨折患者有3例。手术治疗后肩关节功能采用Neer评定系统进行评定。观察和统计患者术后满意程度和治疗效果。结果通过对患者进行术后3个月到10个月的随访,21例患者无1例出现漏访。结合Neer评分标准,在此次的临床研究中,有11例患者为优,有7例患者为满意,有3例患者为不满,总满意度达85.7%。结论经过此次的临床研究,结果显示肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗对老年伴骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折具有显著的临床效果,固定效果较为可靠,能够为患者提供早期的功能锻炼,患者对术后的功能恢复较为满意,具有较高的医学应用价值,值得推广和普及。

Observed Proximal Humeral Locking Plate with Senile Osteoporotic Proximal Humerus Fractures

Objective This clinical research, the main observation and the locking proximal humeral plate in treating elderly with osteoporotic clinical effect of proximal humeral fractures. Methods The clinical study mainly by our hospital in June 2009 to June 2012 were 21 cases of elderly with osteoporotic patients with proximal humeral fractures as the research object, with 13 cases of female patients in all patients, 8 cases of male patients, patients＇ age range is 60 years old to 82 years old, at an average age of 6 years. According to Neer taxonomy, the classify all of the patients, among them second part fracture patients in 5 cases, 13 patients with fracture of three parts, part four fracture patients have 3 cases. After surgical treatment with Neer shoulder function evaluation system to assess. Observation and statistics of patients with postoperative satisfaction and therapeutic effect. Results The patients with postoperative 3 months to 10 months of follow-up, none of the twenty-one patients visit to leakage. Combining Neer scoring criteria, in the clinical study, said there are 11 patients, 7 patients satisfied, has three patients, the total satisfaction of 85.7%. Conclusion Through the clinical study, the results show that the locking proximal humeral plate therapy for elderly with osteoporotic fractures of proximal humeral has significant clinical effect, the fixed effect is relatively reliable, able to provide patients with early functional exercise, obtained satisfactory functional recovery of postoperative patients, medical applications with high value, worthy of promotion and popularization.
