某市母婴梅毒监测结果的分析

目的了解清远市母婴梅毒的感染流行趋势,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法对2009年至2012年在本院进行产前保健及分娩的全部孕产妇及新生儿的梅毒检测结果进行分析。结果 2009年至2012年孕产妇梅毒阳性检出率为0.34%(109/31989),新生儿梅毒阳性检出率为0.71%(39/5530)。孕产妇梅毒阳性率呈逐年上升趋势。结论清远地区孕产妇及新生儿梅毒感染情况不容乐观,应重视开展孕产妇及新生儿的梅毒筛查工作,提高优生优育水平

Analysis of Monitoring for Maternal and Infant with Syphilis in a City

Objective To explore the epidemiology feature of syphilis for maternal and infant, and to provide the basis for drawing up an prevention and control measures. Methods Syphilis monitoring data of maternal and infant were analysis, who visit Qingyuan maternal and child health hospital from 2009 to 2012. Results The positive rate of syphilis in pregnant and parturient women was 0.34% （109/31989）, the positive rate of syphilis in infant was 0.71% （39/5530）. The positive rate of syphilis in maternal showed an increasing trend. Conelusion The situation of syphilis infection for maternal and neonatal is not optimistic in Qingyuan city, It should pay attention to carry out syphilis screening for the maternal and neonatal,and improve the level of prenatal and postnatal care.
