复方聚乙二醇电解质散用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备效果及安全性的临床研究

目的探讨研究使用复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂做结肠镜检查前的肠道清洁准备的临床效果,供临床参考使用。方法将我院2012年2月至2012年12月间在肠镜室进行结肠镜检查的门诊患者和住院患者300例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组150例患者给予口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道,对照组150例患者给予口服20%甘露醇和33%硫酸镁100mL行肠道准备,按照清洁的程度分为甲级、乙级、丙级和丁级,比较检查中观察肠道清洁程度以及使用过程中两组患者出现的恶心、呕吐、腹痛等不良反应的发生率,结果进行统计学分析。结果观察组和对照组在肠道清洁总有效率方面没有明显差别,无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组发生的不良反应情况较对照组更为轻微和少见,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂来进行结肠镜检查前的肠道清洁准备疗效较佳,且并发症和不良反应小,值得临床推广使用。

The Clinical Study of Effect and Safety of Complex Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder for Colonoscopy

Objective To study the effect and safety of Complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for colonoscopy to provide envidence in future. Methods Choosed 300 patients from Feb. 2012 to Dec. 2012 to divide into study group and controlled group. Study group were treated with omplex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for colonoscopy, and controlled group were treated with 20% mannitol and 100 mL magnesium sulfate. Compared the intestinal cleanliness by I, H, III and IV degree and adverse effects. Results The effects of intestinal cleanliness of these two groups was no difference, but there was less adverse effects in study group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effects of using complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for colonoscopy is better with less effects to extend in clinic.
