| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the relationship between the expression of tissue factor（TF）and tumor associated macrophage（TAMs） in oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）.Methods： Macrophage antigen（CD68） was used to mark macrophages specifically.The expressions of TF and CD68 treated TAMs were detected with immunohistochemical SABC method in 42 specimens of OSCC tissues and 10 specimens of normal tissues.Results： TF expression was correlated with the lymphatic metastasis,TNM stage and macrophage infiltration in OSCC（P0.05）.Conclusion： TF expression is closely related with TAMs in OSCC.TAMs may promote tumor angiogenesis and participate in growth,progression and metastasis of OSCC with the help of TF. |
