| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果.方法 根据CT导向定位或CT片定位,采用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针,配合生物溶酶技术进行冲洗、液化、引流清除血肿.结果 本组32例,定位准确率100%,存活25例,死亡7例;3例并发呼吸衰竭死亡;2例死于术后7 d多器官衰竭,3例术后3 d放弃治疗回当地医...

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize our experience in minimal invasive technique for hypertensive intracranial hematomas(HICH).Methods There were 32 patients with HICH who were treated in our hospital between May 2007 and August 2010.The HICH was excavated and drained using YL-1 needle guided by CT images.Results HICH was precisely located in all cases.The patients were alive in 25 cases and dead in 7.Three patients died of respiratory failure,and two patients died of multiple organ system failure;3 patients discharged ... |
