| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复方降糖茶对糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用及其可能的作用机制。方法：以链脲佐菌素（STZ）诱导Wistar大鼠制作糖尿病模型,观察复方降糖茶对糖尿病大鼠体重增长及胰岛细胞形态的影响,测定血糖、血脂、血清和肝肾超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）/丙二醛（MDA）活性以及胰岛素敏感性（ISI）。结果：复方降糖茶可抑制糖尿病大鼠体重减轻,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,降低胰岛细胞的破坏;显著降低血糖浓度（P〈0.01）,ISI有所回升（P〈0.05）,同时血清及肝肾等组织SOD活性明显提高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,MDA水平显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论：复方降糖茶可以改善糖尿病大鼠血糖及血脂代谢紊乱,升高SOD活性,并降低MDA水平,对糖尿病大鼠的胰岛细胞也有保护作用,具有一定的治疗作用。
