| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腔镜在双侧胸腔疾病中的应用价值。方法从2006年6月至2010年6月,为术前X线胸片或CT片扫描提示双侧胸腔同时都有病变者,采用胸腔镜行双侧胸腔同期手术达到一次治愈,共完成38例,其中男性28例,女性10例。术式包括双侧肺大疱切除术,肺隔形切除术,肺叶切除术,纵膈肿瘤切除术及肺气肿减容术。结果全组无死亡,平均手术时间2.8h,出血少,平均30 ml,平均住院时间9.7 d。结论该术式创伤小、暴露好、疼痛轻、患者恢复快。采用胸腔镜手术一次治疗双侧胸腔的病变,总治疗支出减半,从治疗上和经济上均有较大的临床意义,效果优于传统开胸手术。
