晚期肿瘤患者自杀实例分析

目的分析肿瘤患者自杀原因,寻求其预防与护理措施。方法对5例患者的年龄、自杀时间、诊断、疗效及经济状况等进行分析。结果 5例患者都属于抑郁症高发肿瘤,4例年龄处于抑郁症高发老龄阶段,并都处于引发抑郁症原因之一的生活质量低下状态,3例患者自杀时间为凌晨亦符合抑郁症患者的自杀时间。自杀原因主要是抑郁症,肿瘤病症晚期,身心痛苦、经济压力等亦是自杀的因素。结论应对抑郁症高发肿瘤患者、抑郁症高发老龄阶段患者开展抑郁症诊疗及护理干预,以避免肿瘤患者采取极端方式。
