超声引导离体猪肝高温蒸馏水注射的实验研究

目的为临床开展肝肿瘤高温蒸馏水注射治疗提供参考依据。方法用注射器抽吸高温蒸馏水后，即刻、20s及40s内注射新鲜猪肝内，分别注入4，6，8，10，20ml高温蒸馏水，观察猪肝声像图及肉眼观察凝固性坏死变化。结果离体猪肝凝固性坏死面积随注射高温水剂量增加而增大，超声显示云雾状强回声随注射量的增加而增大。结论应用高温蒸馏水瘤内注射治疗肝癌，能够达到治疗目的，具有一定临床实用价值。

Experimental Study of Hyperthermal Distilled Water Injection in Pork Liver Ex Vivo

Objective To provide basis for the hyperthermal distilled water injeetion therapy for hepatoeareinoma. Methods After the hyperthermal distilled water was aspirate into syringe, in different time at instance,20 seconds or 40 seconds, different volume 4ml, 6ml, 8ml, 10ml and 20ml were injected into the fresh pork liver ex vivo, and to observe its gross and ultrasound changes. Results The more volume hyperthermal distilled water was injected,the bigger eoagulative necrosis area in pork liver,the stronger cloudiness echo ill its ultrasound examination. Conclusion The hyperthermal distilled water injection therapy for hepatoearcinoma may be effective and have great clinical value.
