胶体金法与ELISA法在检测丙型肝炎病毒抗体中的比较

目的探讨胶体金法与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法在检测丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体中的应用价值。方法选择2012年3月至2013年3月泸州医学院附属医院收治的860例HCV患者,采用胶体金法和ELISA法进行HCV抗体检测。结果胶体金法和ELISA法检测HCV抗体的阳性检出率分别为3.60%和3.72%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以ELISA法作为检测HCV抗体阳性的标准,胶体金法对于HCV抗体检测的灵敏度为93.75%,特异度为99.88%。结论胶体金法进行HCV抗体检测与ELISA法并无差异,且胶体金法具有快速简便的优点,值得在临床检测中进行推广。

Compare the Difference between Colloidal Gold and ELISA in Detection of HCV Antibody

Objective To investigate the applicative value of colloidal gold and ELISA on HCV antibody detection.Methods From Mar.2012 to Mar.2013,860 cases of HCV patients admitted to Luzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital were included in the study,and antibody tests using colloidal gold and ELISA were done on them.Results The colloidal gold and ELISA for HCV antibody positive rates were 3.60％ and 3.72％,there was no statistically significant differencebetween the two detection methods（P ＞ 0.05）.Using ELISA as the standard for detection of HCV antibody positive,the sensitivity of colloidal gold method for detection of HCV antibody was 93.75％,the specificity was 99.88％.Conclusion There was no statistical difference between colloidal gold method and ELISA method for HCV antibody detection,and colloidal gold method has the advantage of quickness and easiness,thust is worthy of promotion in clinical testing.
