摘    要:肝缺血/再灌注损伤(HIRI)是肝胆外科常见的生理病理现象,多年来一直是研究的热点和难点。乌司他丁(UTI)因其在提高机体耐受手术刺激等方面的良好疗效而受到关注,并逐渐被运用到防治HIRI的研究领域。国内外大量的动物及临床试验表明,UTI可通过抑制水解酶、抑制细胞因子的产生和释放、抑制并清除氧自由基、改善微循环,阻断全身炎症反应综合征发生,以及减轻肝缺血/再灌注引起其他器官的损害等多个环节减轻HIRI。

Abstract:Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI) is a physiological and pathological phenomena commonly seen in the department of hepatobiliary surgery ,which has been a research focus and difficulty for many years. Ulinastatin has received great interest due to its good effect on improving the body's tolerance in the attack of operations and others, and it has been gradually applied to the area of HIRI prevention. A large number of animal and clinical experiments have demonstrated that ulinastatin can inhibit hydrolytic enzymes, inhibit cytokines producing and releasing, suppress and eliminate oxygen free radicals, improve microcircula- tion, block SIRS, and alleviate HIRI's damage to the other organs.
