急性门静脉血栓形成的诊疗进展

急性门静脉血栓(PVT)的发展演变过程,人们研究得不多,因起病急,病情变化快,处理困难,易误诊、误治,并发症、复发率及病死率很高,缺乏特征性的症状和体征,给临床诊断及治疗带来麻烦。深入了解急性PVT成因、临床表现等有助于正确治疗和积极预防其并发症。该文分别就PVT的定义及流行病学、病因和临床表现进行介绍,将治疗急性PVT分为保守治疗、抗凝治疗、溶栓治疗、血栓切除治疗,着重阐述PVT的抗凝治疗、溶栓治疗、介入治疗和急性PVT治疗的现状。

Diagnosis and Treatment Progress of Acute Portal Vein Thrombosis

It is dear that the natural history of acute PVT has not been studied in any detail. And because of the acute onset, fast condition changes, difficult treatment, and easy misdiagnosis, high complications and recurrence rate and mortality rate, and the lack of specific signs and symptoms, the clinical diagnosis and treatment is facing great challenges. Deep understanding of the causes of acute portal vein thrombosis, clinical manifestations etc. is helpful to correct treatment and active prevention from the complications. Here is to introduce the definition, the epidemiology, etiology and clinical manifestations of PVT, and define the treatment of acute PVT into conservative therapy, anticoagulation, thrombolysis and thrombectomy, focusing on anticoagulation, tbrembolysis ,intervention treatment of PVT, and current treatment situation of acute PVT.
