舒芬太尼和右美托咪啶应用于临床麻醉及术后镇痛的效果观察

目的探讨舒芬太尼和右美托咪啶应用于术中麻醉及术后镇痛的效果。方法选取2011年1月至2013年6月绵阳市中心医院在全身麻醉下行手术治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,根据用药不同将患者分为联合组和舒芬太尼组,联合组术中采用舒芬太尼麻醉,术后使用舒芬太尼+右美托咪啶镇痛;舒芬太尼组术中采用芬太尼麻醉,术后使用舒芬太尼镇痛。比较两组患者麻醉及术后镇痛的效果。结果联合组患者自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒及拔除气管导管时间均显著短于舒芬太尼组(P<0.05);联合组患者术后视觉模拟评分及舒芬太尼用药量与舒芬太尼组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼临床麻醉效果优于芬太尼,舒芬太尼、右美托咪啶联合应用术后镇痛效果较单独应用舒芬太尼佳。

Observation on the Application Effects of Sufentanil and Dexmedetomidine in Clinical Anesthesia and Postoperative Analgesia

Objective To study the application effects of sufentanil and dexmedetomidine in clinical anesthesia and postoperative analgesia. Methods From Jan. 2011 to Jun. 2013,90 patients who received general anesthesia operation in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected as study objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, namely combined group and sufentanil group. The combined group received anesthesia with sufentanil and postoperative analgesia with sufentanil and dexmedetomidine, while the sufcntanil group took anesthesia with fentanyl and postoperative analgesia only with sufentanil. The effect of anesthesia and postoperative analgesia was compared. Results The spontaneously breathing recovery time, waking time and extubation time of the combined group were shorter than those of the sufentanil group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Besides ,the postoperative VSA scores and the dosage of sufentanil were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application effects of anesthesia with sufentanil and dexmedetomidine is better then fentanyl and the postoperative anesthesia with sufentanil and dexmedetomidine is better than sufentanil only.
