钙网蛋白在肿瘤中异常表达的研究进展

对于钙网蛋白(CRT)多方面的研究显示其在大部分种类的疾病中都有异常表达现象,尤其是肿瘤。该文就CRT异常表达与肿瘤发生、发展分子机制及其在不同肿瘤中的研究现状两方面阐述最新进展,总结近几年来CRT调控肿瘤生长的信号通路及在各种肿瘤中的表达情况,同时也期望能为CRT的异常表达与肿瘤关系的深入研究提供一些参考。

Research Advances in the Anomalous Expression of Calreticulin in Tumor

A lot of studies has shown that calretieulin （CRT） has anomalous expression in most kinds of diseases, especially in cancer. Here is to make a review of the recent research advances in the interrelation between the anomalous expression of CRT and the development of tumor from the points of molecular mechanism and current research situation in different tumors,as well as CRT＇s function in regulating the signaling pathway of tumor development and its expression in different tumors, aiming at providing some references for the study on the correlation between the anomalous expression of CRT and tumor.
