内侧髌股韧带影像学诊断的研究进展

摘    要:内侧髌股韧带(MPFL)是维持髌骨位置限制其外移的主要静力性结构,其损伤常被临床医师忽略而治疗不及时或治疗不当导致复发性脱位的发生。因此,内侧髌股韧带的影像学诊断逐渐引起人们的重视。目前,适用诊断内侧髌股韧带损伤的方法包括磁共振成像(MRI)和高频超声。MRI软组织分辨率高且多序列扫描,可使MPFL损伤的程度更加全面,以利鉴别诊断。高频超声的动态实时观察可使髌股韧带的损伤部位清晰显示。

Abstract:Medial patellofemoral ligament(MPFL) is the main static structure to maintain the position of patellar and restrain its lateral movement. The damage to MPFL is often ignored, and not treated timely or properly by clinicians, which will lead to the recurrence of dislocation. Therefore, the imaging diagnosis of MPFL gradually attracted people's attention. Here is to make a review of the research progress the current methods for diagnosing the damage of MPFL,including magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and high-frequency ultrasound. High-resolution MRI of soft tissue and multiple sequence scanning can make the damage degree of MPFL be diagnosed more comprehensively. Dynamic real-time observation of high-frequency ultrasound can show the lesion site of patellofemoral ligament injury clearly.
