介入下胃造瘘术的研究进展

摘    要:在治疗一些严重疾病困扰的患者时,常常需要用到肠内营养支持进行辅助,胃造瘘术是目前肠内营养主要的手段之一。目前常见的介入下胃造瘘术有经皮内镜胃造瘘术(PEG)和经皮影像下胃造瘘。PEG法又衍生出三种:Pull法、Push法和Introducer法。这些介入下胃造瘘术的新方法 ,由于具有微创、操作简单、患者耐受、少严重并发症等特点,大大优于外科手术途径,已经逐渐成为肠内营养支持的趋势,值得在国内临床应用上普及和推广。

Abstract:PercutaneOus gastrestomy is one of the main measures for enteral nutrition,which is an adjuvant treatment for severe diseases. The common methods of intervcntional percutaneous gastrestomy include PEG and PRG. And PEG also derive 3 methods : Pull, Push and Introducer. Such methods of interventional percutaneous gastrostomy have the advantages of minimal invasion, easy operation, good tolerance, and less complcations, etc., which are superior than surgical operation. Therefore, percutaneous gastrostomy has become a tendency of enteral nutrition and is worth generalizing and promoting in the domestic clinical application.
