Influential Factors of Wound Healing Time of High Complex Anal Fistula

High complex anal fistula is recognized as a refractory anorectal disease,due to the disease process and specific pathological changes,self-healing is not expected,therefore surgery is the main cure.According to the pathological changes,reasonable modus operandi could influence the wound healing time,and drug therapy is often combined with surgery to speed the healing.Here is to make a retrospective analysis of the literature over the years about the treatment of high complex anal fistulas,including the influence of surgical approach,adjuvant therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,and western adjuvant therapy on the healing time.
