乳腺癌分子靶向治疗的研究进展

乳腺癌分子靶向治疗已经成为继手术、放疗和化疗等传统治疗模式之后的一种全新治疗手段。乳腺癌分子靶向治疗是指针对乳腺癌发生、发展有关的癌基因及其相关表达产物进行的治疗,是通过对细胞增殖、细胞凋亡、信号转导途径和新生血管形成等多个靶点作用于肿瘤细胞,其特异性较强,不良反应相对小。分子靶向治疗药物有许多种类,目前投入临床的靶向药物近几十种,正进行临床Ⅰ/Ⅱ期试验的靶向药物超过数百种,靶向治疗药物的应用为乳腺癌患者提供了更多治疗机会。

Research Progress on Molecular Targeted Therapy for Breast Cancer

Molecular targeted therapy is a novel way of treatment for breast cancer,besides the traditional treatment modes of surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc. The main mechanism of the molecular targeted therapy is to treat numerous genes and their expression products related to the incidence and progression of breast cancer, which acts on the cancer cells by suppressing proliferation, enhancing tumor apoptosis, blocking signal transduction pathway for amplified proliferation and decreasing angiogenesis, etc. The advantages of the therapy are higher specificity against tumor cells and less side effects compared to common cytotoxic chemo- therapy. Currently, there are many kinds of target drugs, among which dozens of them have been widely used in the clinical treatment for breast cancer,and over hundreds of them are under phase Ⅰ /Ⅱ clinical trials, which may benefit more breast cancer patients in the near future.
