超声弹性成像(UE)是近年超声领域中发展迅速的新技术,它异于传统影像学技术,能够反映声阻抗相同的不同组织的弹性模量,通过反映肿物的硬度来判断病灶的良恶性。该技术在判断乳腺肿块良恶性方面的作用已得到临床重视,但由于各厂家仪器弹性成像技术的不同,UE在临床诊断应用中并没有统一标准。该文就UE技术的基本原理、在乳腺疾病诊断中的优越性及诊断标准综述如下。

Study on the Diagnostic Criteria of Ultrasonic Elastograph in Breast Diseases

Ultrasound elastography（UE） is a new technology in recent years in the field of ultrasound with rapid development. It is different from the traditional imaging techniques, that it can reveal the elastic modulus characteristics of different acoustic impedance tissues with the same acoustic impedance, and identify the benign from malignant lesions through reflecting the hardness of the tumor. Therefore, UE technique has drawn great attention in the identification of benign and malignant breast tumors in clinical practice. However, as the UE equipments produced by different manufacturers are various, there is no uniform standard of UE diag- nosis in clinical practice. Here is to make a review of the basic principles of Ultrasound elastography, as well as its superiority and diagnostic criteria in the diagnosis of breast diseases.
