糖尿病患者内皮祖细胞功能的研究进展

摘    要:血管功能损伤是糖尿病心血管并发症发病的关键过程。内皮祖细胞(EPCs)在血管损伤后能够从骨髓动员,向受损的血管部位迁移、归巢,最终分化为内皮细胞,促进血管修复。目前研究发现,糖尿病患者EPCs受损导致的血管再生障碍可能在糖尿病心血管并发症的发病过程中发挥主要作用。该文对高糖诱导EPCs损伤所涉及的机制以及目前改善糖尿病患者EPCs功能的方法进行综述。

Abstract:Vascular dysfunction is a critical step in the development of diabetes-associated cardiovascular complications.Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) can move from bone marrow to injured vessel and finallybecome endothelial cells to promote endothelial regeneration and neovascularization.Current studies show that damaging of EPCs in diabetes patients can cause angiogenesis dysfunction which may play an important role in the process of cardiovascular complications.Here is to make a review of the underlying mechanism that may be responsible for the damage of EPCs induced by high glucose and possible strategies to improve the function of EPCs in diabetes patients.
