| 摘 要： | 目的:观察利用显微器械在显微镜下行提上睑肌缩短术治疗先天性上睑下垂的效果。方法:显微镜下行提上睑肌缩短术18例20眼,观察术后局部反应及矫正效果。结果:随访观察0.5～2a,手术结果判定为I级(良好)18眼,II级(尚好)2眼,手术后眼睑水肿、结膜充血轻微,无穹窿结膜撕裂、脱垂、睑内外翻及闭合不全者。结论:显微镜下提上睑肌缩短术解剖层次清晰,分离组织彻底,损伤轻微,使手术操作更精确,缩短手术时间,术后反应轻,扩大了手术适应证。

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the effect of levator shortening under microscope and micro-instrument.METHODS:Eighteen cases(20 eyes) with congenital ptosis were treated levator shortening under microscope.RESULTS:The follow-up of all cases ranged from 0.5 to 2 years postoperatively.18 eyes obtained fine results.2 eyes were effective.CONCLUSION:Levator shortening under microscope is an effective method.The anatomical structure is clear.Its hurt is slight,and it has accurate operation and less surgical time. |
