| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of full-time rehabilitation nurses on quality of life for hemiplegia patients after stroke.Method 64 hemiplegia patients after stroke receive rehabilitation intervention by full-time rehabilitation nurses based on routine therapy.Assess patients by 17 scales such as Quality of Life Index（QLI） Scale,Modified Barthel Index（MBI）,Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） on admission and 12 weeks after starting intervention.Result QLI and MBI are obviously improved and the score of depression is reduced for patients 12 weeks after starting intervention.Conclusion Full-time rehabilitation nurses can improve quality of life for hemiplegia patients after stroke. |
