普外科患者家属焦虑情绪原因分析及护理干预

目的探讨普外科患者家属焦虑情绪情况并进行护理干预以缓解其焦虑情绪,提高护理质量。方法采用问卷调查方式,对在2008年11月至2009年1月间,对我科收治患者家属210例进行心理特征分析。结果焦虑情绪在患者家属中普遍存在。主要原因为担心手术风险及患者预后不佳、担心住院费用太高、担心自己不能很好照顾患者等。结论普外科手术对患者家属的精神健康产生了很大的影响,所以医护人员对患者家属应做好及时充分和有效的干预,减轻患者家属的焦虑,以提高护理质量,降低护理风险。

Analysis and Nursing Intervention for Anxiety in Patients' Families in General Surgery Department

Objective To investigate the anxiety in patients' families in General Surgery Department and conduct nursing intervention to relieve their anxiety to improve the quality of nursing.Methods A survey was held on about 210 cases who were the families of the pa-tients treated in General Surgery Department from November 2008 to January 2009.Results Anxieties are prevalent in the patients' family members,of which the main reasons are fear of surgical risks and poor prognosis,high hospitalization costs,not taking good care of patients and some others.Conclusions General surgery greatly impacts the mental health of the families of patients,so the nursing staff should be prepared to take timely,adequate and effective intervention to reduce the anxiety in them in order to improve the quality of care and reduce the risk of nursing.
