高温高湿环境下颅脑火器伤对狗肝脏组织的损害作用

摘    要:目的研究高温高湿环境下,颅脑火器伤对狗肝脏组织的影响。方法选取杂种狗,随机分为高温高湿对照组5只和高温高湿颅脑枪伤组6只,在高温高湿环境下使用手枪弹致颅脑火器伤模型。检测体温、呼吸、心率改变,血液凝血功能和血气分析,伤后肝脏组织病理检查。结果伤后体温增高、心率增快,出现低氧血症、低碳酸血症,凝血因子变化;肝脏肿大、肝窦扩张,其内充有大量红细胞的肝淤血表现。结论高温高湿环境颅脑火器伤对肝脏组织有损害作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the hepatic damaged in dogs with craniocerebral firearm injuries in a hot and humid environment. Mothods 11 cross-bred dogs were divided into two groups which were a craniocerebral gunshot wound group in a hot and humid environment (6 dogs) and a control group in a hot and humid environment (5 dogs). The tympanic membrane temperature, respiratory rate, heart rate, blood gas analysis and blood coagulation parameters were measured. The pathological changes in liver were observed. Results There was an increase in tympanic membrane temperature and heart rate; hypoxemia, hypocap nia and the change of blood coagulation parameters occurred after firearm injuries; there was hepatomegaly and dilatation of hepatic sinusoid filled with a large amount of erythrocytes. Conclusion In a hot and humid environment, craniocerebral firearm may cause injuries may cause the pathologic damage of dogs' liver.
