个人成功素质训练在门急诊科护理管理中的应用

目的树立新型的护理管理理念，探讨个人成功素质训练在门急诊科护理管理中的应用方法及其效果。方法2005年5月-2006年5月对门急诊护士实施个人成功素质训练：潜能释放训练、好习惯训练、沟通训练、合作竞争能力的培训，然后通过民主生活会讨论，根据病人意见及各项成功素质训练的考核结果进行效果评估。结果个人成功素质训练激发了护士个体的潜能和团队工作热情，高效能高质量地完成各项护理目标，与上年同期相比，护士重复静脉穿刺率由5％降为1％，病人对护士的巡视满意度由86％上升为96％；病人满意度为97％，护士对科室管理满意度为100％，全员竞岗中无1人另择岗，都感觉自己在做人做事上的进步，且家庭和睦。结论实施个人成功素质训练，有利于创建优质服务，提高护理质量，达到病人满意、护士有成就感的双赢。

Application of "Personal Successful Quality Training" in Nursing Management in Emergency Department

Objective To establish a new type of nursing management concept and explore the application of "Personal Successful Quality Training" in nursing management in Emergency Department.Methods "Personal Successful Quality Training" for nurses in Emergency Department was implemented from May 2005 to May 2006,which included: potential training,good habit training,communication training,cooperative and competition training.All trainings were assessed by democratic training,patient's suggestions and results of exams.Results Nurse's working enthusiasm and team spirit was arouse by "Personal Successful Quality Training" and they fulfilled all nursing goals well.Compared with that of last year,repeated puncture rate dropped from 5% to 1%.Patients' satisfactory rate toward nurses increased from 86% to 96% and their satisfactory rate was 97%.Nurse's satis factory rate towards department was 100%.No one chose another job position and all felt that they had a progress in career and a happy family life.Conclusion Implementation of "Personal Successful Quality Training" produce service of good quality,improve nursing quality,make patients satisfied and make nurses have the fulfillment.
