| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫颈癌中细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD)147和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测20例正常宫颈组织、21例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)组织(CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ各7例)和59例宫颈癌组织中CD147和MMP-2的表达情况并加以分析。结果:CD147和MMP-2在肿瘤组织和正常组织中均有表达。宫颈癌组织中CD147和MMP-2表达明显高于正常宫颈组与CIN组(P<0.05)。宫颈癌中,有无淋巴结转移宫颈癌患者的CD147表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄、FIGO分期、大体类型、分化程度、组织类型宫颈癌患者的CD147表达比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同FIGO分期及淋巴结转移宫颈癌患者MMP-2表达比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、大体类型、分化程度、组织类型宫颈癌患者MMP-2表达比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。宫颈癌组织中CD147与MMP-2表达之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:CD147和MMP-2在宫颈癌的浸润和转移方面起重要作用,联合检测CD147和MMP-2成为宫颈癌诊断的标志物,是评...

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of CD147 and MMP-2 in cervical cancer.
