选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

目的 研究经导管行选择性子官动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤。方法 选择27例子宫肌癯患者。采用Seldinger方法行双侧选择性子宫动脉插管。造影证实后经导管注入PVA栓塞颗粒。阻断肌瘤供血。结果，经造影证实。子宫肌瘤多由双侧子宫动脉供血。一侧为主。且血流丰富。行双侧子宫动脉栓塞后。肌瘤供血可完全墨薪。治疗后3个月、6个月随访，肿瘤体积明显缩小。月经量及月经周期恢复正常。贫血及压迫症状改善。结论 选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤是一种疗效显著的微创治疗新方法。

A clinical study of treating uterine myomata by selective artery embolization

Objective: To study the treatment of uterine myomata by selective artery embolization. Methods: 27 cases of uterine myomata were treated with Seldinger's bilateral selective uterine arteries photography and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) were introduced through the catheter to block the blood supply to myoma. Results: Angiography showed that most myomata were richly supplied by bilateral uterine arteries but the unilateral being dominated. After both uterine arteries were embolized, the blood supply of myoma could be completely occluded. A 3-6 months follow-up showed that the myoma volume reduced significantly, menorrhagia and menstral cycles returned to normal, anemia and oppressive symptoms improved. Conclusion: Selective uterine artery embolization is a new mini-trauma method for the treatment of uterine myomata with marked effect.
